weltweit häufigste Ursache für D-negativen Haplotypen ist die Deletion des RhD
Gens, bei Kaukasiern praktisch zu 100%.

Vorgehen bei Patienten mit abgeschwächter D-Expression D var – Transfusionsempfehlung und Rhesusprophylaxe
Patienten mit weakD-Typ 1,2,3 können wie D-positiv gesehen werden:(sofern eine serologische RhD-Mindestexpression von >= „?/ 1+“ vorliegt)
- Transfusionsempfehlung RhD-positiv
- keine Rhesusprophylaxe in der Schwangerschaft
Patienten mit abgeschwächter D-Expression (Dvar), bei denenkein weakD-Typ 1,2,3 vorliegt, werden mit RhD-negativem Blut versorgt. Schwangere erhalten eine Rhesusprophylaxe.
