Perforierte Diamantstreifen mit undohne Sägeverzahnung.

Die neuen perforierten Diamantstreifenpassen sich besonders flexibel der Ober-fläche des Zahnes an. Das vereinfachtdie approximale Anpassung von Füllun-gen der Klassen II, III und IV.

Mit Hilfe der Perforierung wird ein höhe-rer Abtrag erreicht. Die runde Gestaltungder Perforation sorgt für stabile Streifen.Ausgewählte Körnung in drei Stufen bie-tet situationsgerechte Anwendung.

Das Diamantkorn bildet ständig neueschnittfreudige Kanten und garantiertden wiederholten Einsatz. Der rostfreieStahl des Streifens garantiert die Stabili-tät für eine wiederholte Aufbereitungund erhöht die mehrfache Anwendung.

Perforated diamond finishing strip withand without serrated edge.

The new perforated diamond finishingstrips adapt particularly flexibly to the sur-face of the tooth. This facilitates proximalcontouring of Class II, III and IV fillings.

Increased reduction is achieved with theaid of the perforations. The round designof the perforations ensures stable strips.Selected grit in three stages allows appli-cation according to the situation.

The diamond grit continually forms newefficiently cutting edges and guaranteesrepeated use. The stainless steel of the stripguarantees the stability for repeatedpreparation and increases multiple usage.

Intraorales Präparationsset für Zirkondioxid.

Vollkeramik ist die Spitze der Ästhetik.Um damit beste Ergebnisse in der Im-plantologie zu erreichen, sind Abut-ments aus Zirkondioxid notwendig. Dieoptimale Anpassung der Abutments andie intraorale Situation erfordert Instru-mente, die einen sicheren Abtrag er-möglichen und die Form des Abutmentsgezielt nach den anatomischen Gege-benheiten vorbereiten. Wissenschaftli-che Untersuchungen belegen, dass beider Gestaltung darauf zu achten ist, dasskeine Ecken und Kanten eingeschliffenwerden.

Die bekannten und erfolgreichen Z-CutInstrumente für Zirkondioxid wurden inZusammenarbeit mit Dr. Michael Leist-ner sinnvoll erweitert. Dabei sind dielangjährigen Erfahrungen von Dr. Leist-ner im Bereich der Implantologie mit Zir-kondioxidteilen eingeflossen. Die KRInstrumente garantieren die material-schonende Bearbeitung. Die Spezialdia-manten sorgen mit ihrer hohen Härte füreine ausgezeichnete Schleifleistung.

Die besonders stabile Einbettung derKörnung verbessert die Standzeit. DieTemperaturempfindlichkeit ist ein be-kannter Nachteil des Zirkondioxid.

Die UniMatrix® Diamantierung sichertden perfekten Kühlwasserfluss und ver-hindert so temperaturbedingte Beschä-digungen. Die Instrumente könnensowohl intraoral als auch extraoral angewendet werden.

Intraoral preparation set for zirconia.

All-ceramic provides top-quality aesthet-ics. Zirconia abutments are required toachieve the best results in implantology.Optimum adaptation of the abutments tothe intraoral situation requires instru-ments, which enable reliable reductionand prepare the shape of the abutmentsprecisely to the anatomical conditions. Scientific studies prove that it is importantto ensure that no corners or edges are pre-pared during contouring.

The familiar and successful Z-Cut instru-ments for zirconia have been practicallyextended in collaboration with Dr.Michael Leistner. This has incorporated Dr.Leistner’s many years of experience in theimplantology sector with zirconia compo-nents. The KR instruments guarantee ma-terial-friendly preparation. The highdegree of hardness of the special dia-monds ensures an excellent cutting per-formance.

The particularly stable embedding of thegrit improves the service life. Sensitivity totemperature is a well-known disadvan-tage of zircon dioxide.

The UniMatrix® diamond coating ensuresperfect flow of cool water and thus pre-vents temperature-related harm. The in-struments can be used both intraorallyand extraorally.

Kavitätenpräparation in 30 Sekunden.

Eine durchschnittliche Kavitäten- bzw.Inlayräparation dauert ca. 12 -13 Minu-ten. Meistens werden zwei bis drei In-strumente zwecks Kariesentfernung, zurPräparation und eine HM-Kugel für denKavitätenboden angewendet. Der Instru-mentenwechsel und das erneute Aus-richten des Instrumentes kosten Zeit.

Der InPrep (Innovatives Präparieren)kombiniert die drei Instrumente zueinem, dieses verringert den Zeitauf-wand.

Die Form Konus Kante rund, Sicherheits-fläche und 6° Winkel erzeugt die wissen-schaftlich empfohlene Kavität. DasInstrument verfügt in der Mitte übereine inaktive Fläche, diese steht ein hun-dertstel Millimeter über die Diamantie-rung hinaus. Das verhindert einunerwünschtes Präparieren in die Tiefe.Selbst bei dünnstem Dentin kann soeine Pulpaöffnung vermieden werden.Erst durch eine sanfte Streichbewegungwird die individuelle, hochpräzise undnotwendige Präparationstiefe erreicht.

Cavity preparation in 30 seconds.

An average cavity or inlay preparationtakes approx. 12 -13 minutes. Two to threeinstruments are mainly used for the pur-pose of caries excavation, preparation anda round tungsten carbide bur for the cavityfloor. The instrument change and renewedalignment of the instrument cost time.

The InPrep (Innovative Preparation) com-bines the three instruments in one; this re-duces the time required.

The KR Taper, Modified Shoulder form,safety surface and 6° angle create the sci-entifically recommended cavity. The in-strument has an inactive surface in thecentre, which extends one hundredth of amillimetre above the diamond coating.This prevents undesired preparation in thedeeper areas. Pulp exposure can thus beprevented, even with the thinnest dentine.The customised, highly precise and re-quired preparation depth is only attainedusing a gentle stroking motion.

L’instrument dispose au milieu d’une surface desécurité inactive, qui est à un centième de milli-mètre au-dessus du revêtement diamanté. Ceciempêche une préparation profonde non sou-haitée. Même en présence d’une dentine trèsfine, une effraction de la pulpe dentaire peutêtre évitée. C’est seulement grâce à un mouve-ment de balayage en douceur qu’une prépara-tion individualisée, de haute précision, et d’uneprofondeur requise est obtenue.

The diamond disc extends the surgicalpossibilities in implantology.

The disc was developed for use in the surgi-cal KaVo handpiece with disc guard. Thespreading of mandibular bone is a stan-dard procedure in surgery.

The medium diamond-coating of the discproduces a smooth surface finish whileprotecting the bone structure duringspreading of the compact bone.

Defined rinsing spaces between the dia-monds for the cooling liquid minimise therisk of overheating.

Illustrated application leaflets and accom-panying courses by well-known endodon-tists impart the required knowledge, sothat every dentist can achieve an opti-mum treatment success, even without ad-ditional endodontic training.

Only nine instruments are required to per-form a large number of endodontic taskssuccessfully. This reduces the amount ofstorage.
