Aus afrikanischen Gesetzblättern

EINFÜHRENDE BEMERKUNGEN

Die Dokumentation aus afrikanischen Gesetzblättern und Staatsanzeigern umfaßt im

folgenden vorwiegend die zwischen Mai und August 1982 ergangenen legislativen Regelungen. Da jedoch Druck und Versand der Schriften nicht immer regelmäßig erfolgen, erstreckt sich die Auswertung verschiedentlich auch auf frühere Zeiträume.

Angesichts der Fülle des Materials lassen sich hier nur die wichtigsten Gesetze, Verordnungen und Abkommen anführen. Ihre Titel werden durchweg ins Deutsche übertragen und bei den anglophonen Staaten außerdem - wegen der dort üblichen Zitierweise - im Original Wortlaut wiedergegeben.

Die Anordnung der ausgewählten Rechtsvorschriften entspricht der zeitlichen

Reihenfolge ihrer Veröffentlichung. Abweichend hiervon werden jedoch Änderungen und Ergänzungen nach Möglichkeit bei dem Gesetz vermerkt, auf das sie sich beziehen.
