Bilder gemeinsam mit ISW aufgenommen (40 Bilder integriert, Kontrastaufspreitzung an, keine weitere Filterung)

ISW hat anhand der Bilder Halcon HDevelop-Skript entwickelt und

geschickt Drei leicht unterschiedliche Ansätze wurden zur Auswahl gestellt

Aus HDevelop-Skript wurde C++ Code exportiert und Binary erstellt Schutz des Algorithmus!

Binary wird in FNC auf Livebild aufgerufen Returncode wird ausgewertet (OK/NOK) Resultat wird angezeigt

Stabile Erkennung von Defekten Keine false positives, keine false negatives Es werden nicht alle Risse detektiert Es werden alle Bauteile mit Rissen detektiert

Dies zeigt, dass kundenspezifische ADR-Probleme prinzipiell sowohl

technisch (FNC/Halcon) als auch organisatorisch (YXLON/ISW) innerhalb von 4-8 Wochen lösbar sind.
