ServSafe® : A Two-Day Course

2020 Calendar Dates

9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. both days

Certification exam will be given at the end of the second day.

Registrants will receive the ServSafe® Manager Course Book. This book reflects the latest FDA Food

Code and prepares participants for the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Exam.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion after successfully passing the exam.

Note: This workshop is a fast-paced overview of the textbook. Reading the book prior to the work-

shop will give you the best chance for success on the exam. Course books may be picked up at the

University of Nebraska Douglas-Sarpy Counties Extension office, during regular business hours.

* An interpreter for the deaf and hearing impaired will be available for the July 20 and 21, 2020 class, if requested for three months in advance.
