General info

The ComboLoader is used for tipping the content of 600L bins over

low tipping height onto other pieces of equipment (e.g. a

BulkLoader). The ComboLoader can also be made suitable to tip

200L bins via adding arms with waste security chutes (optional).

The ComboLoader consists of 2 main parts, main stand with safety

fence and a lifting frame. In order to obtain a controlled tipping

action the machine is equipped with a chute designed specifically

for each application. The operation is controlled by hold-to-run

buttons and the tipping device is electro-hydraulically driven. The

tipping movement is performed by a double-acting hydraulic

cylinder, which is activated by an electrically powered hydraulic

unit. The hydraulic unit is of an integrated type, where pump, valve

and motor are built together as one unit.
