We doen onze uiterste best om onze producten zo levensecht mogelijk weer te geven in onze brochures. De fotografie en het drukproces geven echter niet altijd een perfecte reproductie van de kleuren en patronen. We raden u dan ook aan om stalen te bekijken vóór u een bestelling plaatst.
Al onze producten zijn geïnspireerd op natuurlijke materialen. Kleurvariaties en wisselende details horen bij de schoonheid van de natuur, en dus ook bij veel onze designs. Dat betekent dat u bij sommige van onze producten natuurlijke variaties zult aantreffen in de gelegde vloer. Als u twijfelt, kunt u uw Designflooring-dealer vragen om een grotere staal van het product.
Wij ontwikkeln graag nieuwe producten en werken continua an de verbetering van bestaande ontwerpen. Als onderdeel van deze verbetering kunnen wij producten bijvoegen, vervangen of verwijderen. Wij doen er alles aan om teleurstelling te voorkomen en samen met u een alternatief te vinden dat evenzeer in de smaak valt.

Nous sommes attentifs à l’exactitude de nos brochures qui sont imprimées selon des critères de qualité très élevés, mais la photogravure et l’impression ne permettent pas toujours de représenter nos produits à la perfection. C’est pourquoi nous vous invitons vivement à découvrir nos produits en personne avant de passer commande.
Tous nos produits ont été inspirés par des matériaux que nous avons rencontrés dans la nature. De même que les variations de couleurs et de détails font partie de la beauté de la nature; elles caractérisent aussi certains de nos designs. Ceci signifie que, pour certains de nos produits, vous apercevrez une variation naturelle une fois votre sol posé. En cas de doute, demandez à votre détaillant de vous présenter un échantillon plus grand du produit en question.
Nous adorons développer de nouvelles idées et améliorer nos designs existants. De ce fait, nous pouvons ajouter, changer et parfois retirer certains de nos produits. Comme nous n’aimons pas décevoir, nous chercherons toujours à identifier avec vous un autre concept qui vous plaira autant.

We are careful to make sure our brochures are accurate and printed to very high standards, but photography and printing cannot always create a perfect representation of our products. For this reason we strongly recommend that you look at a sample of any product you are considering before placing your order.
All of our products are inspired by things we have seen in the natural world. Just as variation in colour and detail is part of the unique beauty of natural materials, it is also a feature of many of our designs. This means that with some of our products you will see natural variation when your floor is laid. If in doubt, ask your retailer to show you a larger sample of the product.
We love developing new ideas and improving on our existing designs. As part of this improvement we may add, change and sometimes withdraw products. We hate to disappoint, and will always try to work with you to find an alternative design that you love just as much.
