I wIll never
forget the rst timeI saw a Cirque
du Soleil show.
I was working
at a California
newspaper at
the time and was
assigned to do
a feature on the
latest Cirque show
coming to town: Varekai. I headed over to Los Angeles
where the-larger-than-life yellow and blue chapiteau was
pitched in the parking lot of the Staples Center. Inside,
athletes and artists from around the world gathered
nightly, sometimes twice a day, to wow the audience with
death-defying acts mixed with such incredible artistry
all of which took such great skill and training. I fell in love
with Cirque du Soleil and I was inspired by the athletes,
particularly the Atherton twins from England who had
created a special aerial act for the traveling show.
Last October, I was invited on a press trip to Las Vegas,
Nevada to see the new Cirque du Soleil show, Zarkana, at
the impressive ARIA Resort & Casino. I was able to meet
some of the athletes who perform in Zarkana and was
again impressed with their dedication and athleticism.
Find out more about these amazing performers on
pages 24-26. Plus, we've got a Cirque-inspired training
session for you. And if you've never seen a Cirque show, particularly if you're in Southern California with Las Vegas
and eight different Cirque shows to choose from at
your doorstep, do yourself a favor and GO! Get inspired.
This issue is dedicated to sports performance, so we've
got a ton of great information to help you become a
better athlete, from strengthening and toning muscles
with ve key nutrients (pgs. 46-47), to improving
your performance with protein (pgs. 50-52), to more
workouts, and a special health segment on the dangers of
performance-enhancing drugs (pgs. 18-20).
For those of you who are competing in Max Muscle's
annual MaxForm Life Challenge contest, don't miss 2012
MaxForm champ Amanda Freeseman's revealing column(pg. 34) on what she did to lose the last 15 pounds and
end up winning $25,000.
Our goal is to arm you with knowledge so you can be
the best you can be at whatever sport you play. If you're
not playing a sport, consider trying something new,
maybe even tennis. On page 22, we give you ve reasons
why you should try it.
Until next time,

MAXPRO-Consuming enough protein eachday can be the difference between getting results and
not. MaxPro is comprised of a blend of whey protein
concentrate, whey protein isolate and casein protein.
Whey protein is an excellent source of glutamine,
glycine and the branched chain amino acids leucine,
isoleucine and valine. Whey protein transits the
stomach quickly for fast absorption by the intestines,
making it ideal to consume post-exercise to speed recovery. Rich
amounts of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant, are contained in wheyprotein. Glutathione is involved heavily in metabolic detoxification, and
levels of glutathione have been shown to decrease with exercise.
Peptides from whey protein have also shown to enhance the activity of
our immune system.
Recently, whey protein has received attention for being effective in
weight loss and reducing body fat. A newly published research study
had this to say about whey: Healthy, overweight and obese individuals
participated in the double-blind, randomized clinical trial ingesting a
whey protein shake twice daily for 23 weeks. Participants were provided
no dietary advice and continued to consume their free-choice diets
throughout the study period. At the end of the 23 weeks, subjects in the
whey protein group lost statistically significantly more body weight, fat
free mass and waist
circumference compared tothe other groups consuming
a similar soy protein or an
isoenergetic amount of
carbohydrate (placebo).
Casein protein comprises 80
percent of the protein found
in milk and does not clear
the stomach as fast as
whey protein. It is a slower
digesting protein, often
referred to as a time-
released protein, making
it a good choice to add towhey protein and to
consume prior to bedtime
when you will be in a
fasting state.
GLUTAMATRIX-Glutamatrix is formulated with three different sources of glutamine, each easyto use and providing individual benefits for our body. GlutaMatrix helps to speed recovery by enhancing
immunity, accelerating muscle repair and improving brain function. Here are some highlights:
L-glutamine is easily absorbed into the blood stream, allowing for quick absorption and
immune function Glutamine peptides are absorbed intact and trigger protein synthesis repairing and recovering
our muscles
N-Acetyl-L-Glutamine replenishes brain neurotransmitters after difficult workouts
GlutaMatrix also includes 16 grams of carbohydrates (8 of those coming from dextrose), which is
important for fast and optimal absorption.
VIT-ACELL ENERGY-Vitaminsand minerals play essential roles in most metabolic
processes in our body. They act as anti-oxidants,
co-enzymes and catalysts playing roles in a
number of chemical reactions. Vit-Acell Energy,
which comes in a delicious citrus flavor, is a natural
liquid nutrition supplement that provides 100
percent or more of 13 essential vitamins and
essential minerals. It also contains a natural juice blend
loaded with antioxidants, 100 mg of colloidal minerals andenergizing herbal extracts such as green tea, ginkgo bi loba,
grape seed extract, ginseng, citrus bioflavonoid extract, rutin
powder and herperidin extract. Vit-Acell Energy also provides
100 mg of caffeine coming from green coffee bean extract,
guarana extract, yerba mate extract and kola extract making
it a perfect choice for your morning multi-vitamin. Taking a
liquid vitamin offers even more benefits such as:
Better Absorption Super Concentrated
Easily to Swallow Better Utilization
ESSENTIAL OMEGA-Most ofus know by now how important it is to supplementwith essential fatty acids. Essential Omega is
simply the best way to do i t. Some of the features
and health benefits include the following:
400 IU of vitamin D
Pharmaceutical grade fish oil with no worry
about mercury, contaminants or fishy taste
Improved heart health
Immunity support
Joint support
Hormonal support
Skin health
Brain function
And the best part? The taste. You have to taste it to
believe that you can take fish oil without the
unpleasant fishy side effects weve all experienced.
Essential Omega is available in Lemon, Pina
Colada and Mango Peach flavors.

He died of heart failure on

Austria named Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Joe helped him move to the United
States and take up residency in
California. An eager and driven Arnoldwelcomed the opportunity to be the
poster boy for the Weider Empire.
Arnold graced the cover of dozens, if not
hundreds, of Weider publications. Arnold
and many other top bodybuilders Joe
mentored can attest to Joe's generosity.
As a young businessman back in 1988,
I found myself face to face with the
"Master Blaster" (a coined nickname for
Joe). Before we all carried cell phones, I
was booking some ads in Flexmagazine
at the Weider ofces in Southern
California. I asked my advertising rep if I
could use a phone. All the phones were
being used, but she offered Joe's ofce
and said he wouldnt be back until the
afternoon, so I should sit at his desk and
make my call.
About ve minutes later, the legend
walked in. I immediately hung up the
phone, apologized and began to excuse
myself. I was surprised to see that Joe
was not at all annoyed by my presence.
In fact, he insisted that I stay and
chat about business. We talked for an
hour or more and he asked me dozens
of questions. In the end, he gave mesome great business advice and shook
my hand. It was a very enlightening
experience for a young businessman.
So now when youre checking out at
the supermarket, you have a little more
information as you pass the magazine
racks lled with Joe's publications.
Joe Weider was great man who was
driven to do great things,s and the
bodybuilding and tness world will miss
him.MS&F

STAYING MENTALLY SHARPWITH A MEDITERRANEAN DIETMost o us realize that going Mediterranean is heart healthy. And in act, its not even sucha hard diet to ollow or the long term. Whats not to like about ruits and veggies, legumes, olive oil, fsh, whole grains and especially red wine?
But evidence is piling up that eating Mediterranean may help your brain stay young, too.A recent study comparing almost 4,000 older people rom Chicago ound that those whoadhered most closely to the Mediterranean style o eating had better cognitive perormance.Study authors rom Rush University Medical Center in Chicago would even say that theirbrains unctioned as i they were several years younger, based upon every three-year testingusing measures such as word recollection and arithmetic skills.
Previous studies have suggested that oods containing monounsaturated atty acids, likeavocados, nuts, olives and olive oil, oer a high level o protection against age-relatedcognitive decline.
GOT HEALTH PROBLEMS?POSTING ONLINE MAYHELP OTHERSThese days, more than 60 percent of Internet
users go online for health information, checking out
health websites and then social media sites to read
about user experiences with medications, physicians
and diseases. But despite our tendency to post
every intimate detail of our lives on social media
sites like Facebook what we eat, where we went, whos our latest squeeze only 15 percent of us
post information, questions or experiences related
to health, according to a study recently published in
the Journal of Medical Internet Research.
And that may be to our disadvantage, say study
authors, who believe that the social part of social
media should include discussion about issues that
we could learn from others about. Imagine suffering
a side effect from a medication and hearing from
dozens of people that they had the same experience
and its not just your imagination. Or learning
more about your recently diagnosed high bloodpressure from those whom have been there. You
could even gather information from others about
local doctors so that you can make an informed
decision when searching for a medical provider.
While the researchers admit that social media
discussions will never replace traditional health care
providers as a primary source of information, they
could be valuable for sharing health information
youve learned online and sharing your own health
experiences with others in order to learn more.
So, about that headache behind your left eye
thats lasted for three days now...
SHHH...THE BABY'S LISTENINGThink your little one is too young to understand that heated
argument you and hubby are having? After all, he cant even roll
over yet! Well, think again. Researchers from the University of
Oregon found that babies who are exposed to repeated conict
in their homes showed greater reaction to angry voice tones
than those who have a calmer environment.
How was the study done? Twenty infants, ranging from ages
6 to 12 months, were brought into a lab for fMRI (functional
magnetic resonance imaging) during their regular bedtime.
The radiation-free scanner images brain activity by detectingchanges in blood ow. In other words, the part of the brain that
is in use at the moment lights up with blood.
Researchers waited until the infants were asleep, then
presented them with nonsense sentences spoken in various
voice tones by a male speaker, ranging from neutral to very
angry. Those who came from high conict homes showed
greater blood ow to areas of the brain linked with stress and
emotion regulation when exposed to an angry voice.
Why is this important? Infant mental health experts say that
the highly plastic infant brain that allows them to develop in
response to environment and encounters also makes them very
vulnerable to stress which when encountered regularly results
in a signicant and negative impact on child development.

SELLINGOUT A
LIFETIME
OF HEALTHFOR ONE MINUTE OF GLORY
The lure of performance enhanc-
ing drugs (PEDs) is seductive;everyone wants to fnd that
special something that givesthem the competitive edge. But thatminute of glory can come at a huge
price. Weve seen athletes like LanceArmstrong, Marion Jones and Roger
Clemens publicly shamed and strippedof their glory for their use of PEDs. But
the darker side of drugs and doping isthat those secret sauces are devastat-
ing to the body and some are even lifethreatening.
uCATCHING BOdIES dOwNSTrEAMWe are astounded when athletes (bothprofessional and amateur) die young
from diseases like kidney or heart failureor liver atrophy. Few people connect
the dots to realize that PEDs overtaxthe body to the point where it gives out
early. For those who dont die, they canbe left lingering in a lifetime of dialysis,
cancers, pain and bodily breakdown.Along with the physical devastation,
we see athletes like pro wrestler ChrisBenoit take his own life and his familys
because of the mental effects of extremePED use.
Many medical professionals spendtheir days catching bodies downstream.
People who skirted the medical systemor went underground to get drugs end up
needing medical help and its often crisiscare. In 2008, the American Academy
of Orthopaedic Surgeons estimated that15 million people in the United States
were using PEDs with about 3 millionof those people admitting to steroid
usage. Disturbingly, the number ofyoung people using PEDs has become
a fast-growing sector. Because it is sohush-hush, instead of being able to
help people avoid the dangers of PEDs,doctors are left trying to help people
put their lives and bodies back togetherafter PEDs have stolen them.
Dr. John Martinez is a primary care
physician for Kaiser Permanente inSan Diego, California, who volunteers
for the USA Triathlon and the IronmanTriathlon World Championship, and isthe Medical Director for OmegaWave
ITU Triathlon in San Diego and forthe San Diego Rock N Roll Marathon.
He is gravely concerned by athletesusing higher dosages of substances
like anabolic steroids than would everbe recommended. This can lead to
liver failure. Other substances likeerythropoietin (EPO), often used by
cyclists, create more red blood cells forgreater endurance but also can cause
blood thickening and clotting. Whenused above recommended dosages, it
can trigger a stroke or heart failure.Dr. Martinez also worries about the
risk of infection with injectables. Hesaid, People put themselves at risk

transmit than HIV. U.S. pharmaceuticalgrade substances are expensive, so
people often opt for black marketmedications. But many of these drugs
are contaminated or counterfeit. Dr.Martinez is also alarmed by the number
of people who make dangerous mistakesusing injectables improperly, which can
be life-threatening and, most people
dont recognize the side effects thatwould alert a physician to an impendingcrisis.
Retired addictionologist and phar-macologist Dr. Peter Glassman also has
serious concerns. Dr. Glassman is onstaff at two treatment centers in San
Antonio, Texas. He worries about theimpact of PEDs on bodily functions.
For example, he explained, Stimu-lants from caffeine to amphetamines
enhance energy, but in doing so theycause elevated blood pressure and el-
evated blood sugar. Of course, large/abusive doses can be a problem. But
for those with unrecognized or evendiagnosed heart disease, a small dosecan be life-threatening. Stimulants
can be a formula for disaster in theform of heart attacks, heart failure or
strokes, he continued. And over thelong term, the kidneys can fail, too.
Steroids, Dr. Glassman notes, increase
a sense of euphoria, raise blood sugar, give muscle bulk and strength, but it all
has a cost. If youre diabetic, youre in
trouble with the sugar elevation, saysGlassman. Blood pressure also be-comes elevated because of weight gain,
not only from increased muscle massbut also from uid retention. And, be-
cause steroid use can overtax the bodysimmune system function, every infec-tion has the potential to be devastating
because the body just doesnt have theoomph to ght back.
uLike A TeenAger AgAinMany athletes are turning to Human
Growth Hormone (HGH; illegal in manyprofessional sports) for that extra kick.
It does have its proper purpose as notedby Dr. Scott Brandt (thrivemdvail.com)
in Vail, Colorado. Dr. Brandt specializesin bio-identical hormone replacementtherapy. He points out that after 40,
decreasing testosterone levels can leadto weight gain, increased body fat, loss
of muscle strength, loss of stamina anddecreased aerobic activity. He uses HGH
to help people reverse these conditionsin his anti-aging practice.
Complications arise when people
try to bamboozle Mother Nature andtrigger increased testosterone effects
long before they have grown old. And,Dr. Glassman pointed out that thosewho use HGH before natural age-
related decline, usually combine it withanabolic steroids to promote muscle
mass and performance. If any cancercells are present, with the bodys
immune response compromised, cancercells can overcome rejection. If you
have a history of cancer in your family, you could be at extraordinary risk!
uWhAT Are You Thinking?Working with athletes and their addictions
keeps Cali Estes (theaddictionscoach.
com) busy on both sides of the country. She looks at the use of PEDs from a
mental health angle. In her work, Estes
has found that many people dismiss thechoice to use PEDs as just part of therisk of winning. As a country, we send
a conicting message. For instance inbodybuilding, enhancement drugs are
used and even welcomed. In somesports, athletes know that their [career]time is limited and they must maximize
their value before their ability to play(as they age) changes and they lose
their jobs, she said.
The addiction, Estes explained,is not only physical, but mental.
Once an athlete starts winning andsucceeding, the need to take more
drugs to produce a faster, better resultkicks in and the cycle continues, shesaid. In her practice, Estes said helping
athletes come back from PED usemeans dealing with depression, mood
swings, uncontrollable weight gain andsometimes even suicide attempts.
Its important to get a handle onwhat really is a competitive edge.
Bryan Cash of Max Muscle HighlandsRanch/Lone Tree in Colorado points out
that using PEDs is really about vanity,
cutting corners and short-lived results. That kind of edge can disappear in a
snap. Working with his customers (whoinclude two Olympic athletes and manyhigh schoolers), he helps them focus on
achieving health both physically andmentally. He also fnds that PED users
are actually setting themselves up forinjury. Cash said, If youre not scared
of a little hard work and discipline, thendoing it the right way will get you long-
term results! You have to be willing todo things others are not sleep, train to
failure, take time for recovery and useproper nutrition. Then, the gains stick
with you, both mentally and physically!
uFrom The TrenchesDerek Williams is a former competitive
bodybuilder, powerlifter, wrestler andkarate competitor who is now an acu-puncturist and certifed strength and
conditioning specialist in Wilkesboro,NC. He believes that because fans and
money-making sports industries craveperformances or looks for which the
body is not naturally designed, athletesturn to drugs and put themselves indanger to keep the spotlight. He listed
some of the main PEDs being used inthe bodybuilding arena: diuretics to
lose water and look more ripped, Syn-
thol injected into the muscles to makethem swell, Dinitrophenol (DNP) to burnmassive amounts of fat fast (which can
quickly raise your body temperature todeadly levels of 110 degrees or higher)
and Clenbuterol (an asthma medicationfrom Mexico) to speed up metabolism.
Competitive shooters use beta block-ers to slow their heart rate way down
so they can fre their weapon betweenheart beats for greater accuracy.
Banned and legal drugs are all soldon the sly. Unfortunately, black market
drugs dont come with warning labels
comPeTing WiTh heArTNew York City-based personal trainer Scott Schmindel (www.specifc-training.com)spent his childhood obese and bullied. As a teenager, he put himsel on a ftnessroutine, made huge health strides and became a top athlete at his school. One daywalking home rom practice, he was hit by a car and hospitalized or two months.Undaunted, he worked his way back and became a competitive bodybuilder.
Because o his smaller physique and his challenges/setbacks, Schmindelcould have easily talked himsel into using PEDs to gain an edge. But, he said,Perormance-enhancing drugs may improve your strength, size, speed and more, butthey dont necessarily make you a winner. A winner is a winner rom the inside out,rom the heart. PEDs wont give you more heart!

WorD for It. Look at
the research! We have lots of slang terms for the sideeffects of PEDs (like roid rage andjuiced) that give us some hints abouttheir effects. But, the aftermath of using
PEDs is no laughing matter. For example, researchers have found:uAnabolic Steroids can cause negativechanges in cardiovascular and mentalhealth (reference 1, 2 and 3).uErythropoietin (EPO) can lead todepression and increased risk of heartattacks (references 4 and 5).uHuman Growth Hormone (HGH) canincrease hypertension, cardiac diseaseand overgrowth of hands, feet and face(reference 6).
With all the designer combinations
and experimental substances out there, researchers can barely keep up with theside effects and contraindications. It paysto stay informed! The Endocrine Societyswebsite (www.endo-society.org) has goodinformation to start off your research.
If the science doesnt convince you, take a moment to read and watch thetestimonials at http://taylorhooton.org/stories/. Don Hooton created the siteafter his son Taylor, a promising baseballplayer, committed suicide when coming offsteroids.

Williams also worries about a newunderground trend called gene doping.
Basement chemists implant geneticmaterial into a virus that turns off the
myostatin gene, the gene that limitsmuscle growth. Once the body is
infected with the virus, it runs rampant
and the body can create an unlimitedamount of muscle. Unfortunately, the body isnt designed to nourish
an unlimited amount of muscle, soeventually the heart just gives out.
Williams has seen many of his fellowcompetitors and some of his heroes notonly wasted by PEDs but some have
also died from the complications of PEDuse. Mohammed Benaziza, Andreas
Munzer and Nasser El Sonbaty are threeguys who died very young, Williams
said, noting that all three were using awide variety of PEDs. Williams was out
to dinner when he ran across someonewho he just couldnt place. Later he
realized it was of the biggest and mostrespected amateur bodybuilders in the
area. However, when I saw him, helooked emaciated, Williams said. He
looked as if he had lost nearly 100pounds of muscle and aged 30 years in
only 10. A friend told Williams the manwas in kidney failure due to PED use.

Basically, Im wearing shorts only onstage, says Valeriy Simonenko, a per-

right now Im working on building a
more aesthetic look and more symme-
try in my body. Heperforms a sensual

to review acrobatic techniques, practicetricks from the show, and we just have
fun, says Simonenko.

In todays world, we are conditioned to believe that beauty
should be based upon how we look. But how can you look
beautiful if you dont feel it? Max Muscle is proud to dispel this
myth through two revolutionary products, emerge and
Max EFA, that will help you achieve overall beauty from the
inside out!
Just ask Jen Stevens, who in 2011, found herself in the worst
shape of her life. Years of yo-yo dieting and obsessing over her
weight resulted in poor body image and a lack of self-
confidence. With the help of some very special people and her
local Max Muscle store, not only did Jen find the help she
needed, she also discovered these two revolutionary products
that helped her reach her fitness goals and achieve
all-over beauty!
Getting the Skinny on emergeEvery year, people make New Years resolutions to finally lose
weight. But somehow, inconsistency and lack of motivation
due to not being able to see results often get in the way of ever
realizing this goal. But Max Muscle has your best weapon yet:
emerge, a great-tasting powder that mixes with water to
provide a powerful fat loss and body composition slenderizing
system specially formulated to inhibit appetite, promote the
release of fat from stored fat cells and accelerate the burning
of fat for fuel.
emerge contains clinically proven weight loss ingredients to
suppress appetite, provide maximum calorie burning specifically
from fat, increase energy and elevate the bodys metabolism.
The combination of selected ingredients promotes a metabolic
shift that scientists describe as fuel portioning by shifting the
burning of fat as fuel rather than fat for storage.

Armed with an arsenal of results-driven good-
ness, emerge also contains a patented ingre-
dient called Advantra Z which is an extract of a
citrus fruit and has been shown to be effective in
fat breakdown, thermogenesis, appetite control
and ultimately, in increasing the ratio of lean
muscle to total body mass. While this ingredient
increases the metabolic rate, helping to burn
more calories, it does this without increasing
heart rate or raising blood pressure. Amazingly,
Advantra Z has also been shown to improve
athletic performance.
Jen Stevens of Walnut Creek, Calif. is a believer
after losing 20 pounds using emerge.
I stopped working out completely, she says
after landing her dream job in the beauty indus-
try. My job left me with little time to eat decent
meals and I often turned to fast food out of
convenience. It didnt take long to see how much
weight I had gained and that took a toll on my self-esteem. Im only 52, so
20 pounds is pretty noticeable! Shed tried several fad diets, diet pills and
powders in the past that left her feeling horrible and moody and knew that
she needed help from an expert.
Stevens was on a mission and, not only hired a personal trainer to get back into
shape, but also turned to her local Max Muscle store in Walnut Creek to enlist the help
of owner, Kenny Tali, to help with her weight loss goals. Tali evaluated her diet, made
suggestions and quickly recommended
emerge to assist Stevens in losing
the unwanted weight. She used one
scoop in the morning, another scoop
mid-day, and then half a scoop in the
afternoon, Monday through Friday, for
eight weeks. She could see her body
changing dramatically as she became
more toned. The results were motivat-ing and gave Stevens the encourage-
ment to get to the gym daily.
Amazed by the transformation,
Stevens personal trainer, Chris
Lavado, suggested that she try bikini
competitions. In June 2012, Stevens
stepped on stage for the first time and
placed seventh in a deep field of
competitors. Since then, she has
competed in a total of four bikini
contests, including a national-level
show, and now has aspirations toearn a pro card in the near future.
Stevens credits emerge for not
only helping her lose 20 unwanted
pounds, but for helping her get into
competition shape. I couldnt have
lost the weight without it, she says. I
love how it tastes and that I can take it
without feeling moody or jittery or
crash from it. I have a major sweet
tooth and emerge saves me from
binging on bad foods and keeps me
on track!

Max EFA Get Your Fat On!Not all fat is bad for you. There is the bad fat that collects on your
body and clogs the arteries and then there is the good fat, also
known as Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), which your body needs to
function properly.
EFAs are specific fats that are critical to the proper function of your
body. Your body is not able to produce these fatty acids on its own, so
its necessary that you eat a diet rich in these crucial building blocks to
maintain a healthy body. Unfortunately, most people dont eat the righttypes of foods that meet the minimum recommended daily allowances
of EFAs. But, Max Muscle makes this easy to attain with Max EFA,
an easy-to-consume supplement in softgel form.
Max EFA contains flaxseed oil, wheat germ oil, conjugated linoleic
acid (CLA) oil and borage seed oil, all essential fatty acids that will help
you to achieve improved overall health. Essential Fatty Acids have a
ton of benefits on your body and its cells. They help with cellular devel-
opment, the formation of healthy cell membranes and regulate blood
pressure, immune responses and liver function. EFAs also help with
blood clotting and breaking down cholesterol and, the oils from EFAs
also lubricate the body from the inside out, instantly supporting the
new growth of hair, skin and nails.
When Stevens decided to try her hand at bikini competitions, Tali not
only recommended emerge for weight loss, but Max EFA for
overall health. I like my athletes and customers to use it because of
all the healthy, good fats found in the product, he explains. The
omegas make the hair and skin look so healthy and in turn, feel good
about their appearance as well. Stevens took two softgel capsules of
Max EFA twice a day, every day. After only 10 days, she noticed a
big improvement in her complexion, hair and nails. The results were
amazing! says Stevens. Almost immediately, I could see the change,
but to have other people notice, too, thats how I knew it worked. Ive
never gotten so many compliments about my skin and hair until I
started using Max EFA. And, when shes not competing, she
continues to use the product daily. Why wouldnt I? Stevens says.
Its made such a difference! I honestly look and feel more beautiful.
