AKE-Dialog Parenterales Fett: Mehr als Energie
Fettemulsionen wilfred.druml@meduniwien.ac.at

Worst-Case-Scenario
Zusammensetzung
Triglyceride : LCT (Soja-Öl, Oliven-Öl etc.) MCT (Kokos-Öl, strukturierte MCT) Freie Fettsäuren : 2 - 4 mmol/l (aus dem LCT) Phospholipide : Eigelb-Phospholipide (Emulgator) Phosphat : 15 mmol/l (aus Phospholipid) Fettlösl. Vitamine: Tocopherole (α und γ), Vitamin K Sterole : pflanzliche Sterole, Cholesterin Glycerin : 2.25 g/l (Korrektur der Osmolalität) mittl. Teilchendurchmesser : 350 nm Energiegehalt : 9.3 kcal/g ~ 2000 kcal/l Osmolalität : 280 mosmol/kg H2O pH - Wert 7.8

Fatty acid pattern of Soybean oil
Question : Is soy bean oil „proinflammatory“
generieren ?

Synthesis of eicosanoids from omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids. Arachidonic acid and eicosapentanoic acid compete for the cyclo-oxygenase and lipoxygenase
enzymes for conversion into eicosanoids. Those derived from arachidonic acid are pro-inflammatory and pro-aggregatory, those derived from omega 3 fatty acids
are anti-inflammatory and inhibit platelet aggregation

fehlen empfehlen heute alle internationale Ernährungsgesellschaften die Verwendung moderner „PUFA reduzierte“, Misch-Fettemulsionen.
