HIGHLIGHTS
MÖLLER – POLYURETHANE
DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNOLOGY
Polyurethane elastomers are elastic materials that can be specifically adjusted to relevant requirements in the hardness range of 50 Shore A to 70 Shore D. Polyurethane products are free from plasticizers!
1 Compact elastomers and foam systems
2 Resistant to oil, lubricant, chemicals, UV rays
3 Very good mechanical strength
4 Variable colours and degrees of hardness
5 High resistance to wear

▪ Construction industry / bulk material processing: Mixer blades, scrapers, bushings, rollers, compactor supports
▪ Agriculture industry: Screening stars, star feeders, screw conveyors, bushings, rollers, fill hoppers, scrapers, bellows
▪ Special-purpose vehicle manufacture and municipal requirements: Scraper strips for winter road maintenance, swing mounts, wheel chocks, end-stop buffers
▪ Conveyor and drive engineering, general mechanical engineering: Cylinders, scrapers, guide rails, rollers, sliders
Have we aroused your interest? We will be happy to help with any questions about the technology and the wide range of applications.
The outstanding material properties are as follows:
▪ Very high mechanical strength and elasticity
▪ Extreme wear and abrasion resistance, also with sandy soils and abrasive concrete
▪ Very good resilience
▪ Very high impact resistance
▪ High dynamic load capacity
▪ Good damping values
▪ Good weather resistance
▪ Resistance to hydrolysis and to oils and solvents
▪ Suitable for low temperatures
▪ Low permanent deformation
▪ Good resistance to high-energy radiation
▪ Permanent temperature range - 40°C to + 90°C (briefly +120°C)
▪ Soft special qualities with Shore A 25-50 possible
▪ Adjustable antistatic and flame-retardant properties
▪ High tear resistance
▪ Excellent cut resistance
