Develop a Database for the exchange of Type Approvals under WP 29

Develop and situate a database server

Foster worldwide participation

Using the experiences made by the CP (based on feasibility study) e.g. ETAES

Internet access from all over the world

Transparency of the approval process

Develop a Memorandum of Understanding and a financing system

Encourage the CP to support the DETA work and to adopt the use of

the database into their national law
