Die flächenbündige Tür-Profil-serie eignet sich für ästhetischund konstruktiv anspruchsvolleein- und zweiflügelige Türen.Dank dem Einsatz hochwertigerIsolierstege und dem mecha-

nisch hinterschnittenen Verbund wird trotz der geringen Bautiefevon 60 mm eine große Steifig-keit erreicht. Auch statischeVerstärkungen sind leicht aus-zuführen.

Die glasfaserverstärkten Isola-toren sind hitzebeständig. DieRahmen können deshalb ohnebesondere Vorkehrungen ge-schweißt werden. Die farblichenGestaltungsmöglichkeiten sindpraktisch unbgrenzt; Pulver-beschichtung, Einbrennlackie-rung oder Nasslack sind mög-lich. Das Erscheinungsbild istabgestimmt auf die weiterenJansen-Türsysteme für denRauch- und Brandschutz. Die Ansichten sind praktischdeckungsgleich. Dies garantiertdem Planer ein einheitlichesErscheinungsbild bei differen-zierten Anforderungen.

The flush-fitted door profileseries lends itself to aestheticallyand structurally complex singleand double leaf doors. The useof high-quality insulating barsmeans that a high degree of rigidity is achieved despite the low construction height of 60 mm. Structural reinforce-ments can also be carried outeasily. The fibreglass-reinforced isolators are heat-resistant,which means that no specialprecautions are required prior to welding the frames. Therange of colours available ispractically limitless; powder coating, enamelling and wetcoating are all possible.The appearance is co-ordinatedwith other Jansen door systemsfor fire and smoke protection.The systems look almost identi-cal, even when made to meetdifferent requirements.
