• Bestimmung der stromalen TILs (in %) am HE-Schnitt bezogen auf die Stromafläche

• bislang kein definierter Schwellenwert, z.Zt. > 50-60% TILs

• deskriptive Angabe „lymphozyten-prädominantes Mammakarzinom“

• TILs haben einen prognostischen Wert, u.a. assoziiert mit besserer Prognose in TNBC und HER2+ Karzinomen

• TILs sind prädiktive Marker, u.a. erhöhte pathologische komplette Remission (pCR) nach neoadjuvanter Therapie und besseres Ansprechen auf anti-HER2-Therapie mit Trastuzumab

• Auswertung am HE bislang ausreichend, immunhistochemische Phänotypisierungz.Zt. nicht erforderlich, immunologische Signaturen sind nicht überlegen

• CD8+TRM Zellen scheinen von Bedeutung zu sein
