Schlussfolgerungen
Die endoskopische Hernioplastik bietet mehr Vor- als Nachteile gegenüber offenen Netz- und Naht-Techniken.
Da die Studienergebnisse untereinander variieren, spielt die individuelle chirurgische Erfahrung eine Schlüsselrolle.
Kosteneffektivität und Patientenakzeptanz werden über den Erfolg der endoskopischen Techniken entscheiden.
