Programm-Logic-Control-System / PLC-System

Unsere Unternehmung entwickelte das PLC-System, es ist ein einfa-ches Control- und Steuerungs- System welches die Bohrgeräteeinheit als komplettes steuert. Alle notwendigen Bewegungen und Steuerungen werden über dieses System bei der Bohrgeräteeinheit gesteuert. Eine Fehleranalyse und Rückmeldung von evtl. Schäden an der Peripherie ist einfach zu analy-sieren.

Programm-Logic-Control-System / PLC-System our company was developing the PLC-System, it is a simple handling monitoring- and controlling unit, which is controlling the drilling-unit. All necessary movements and controlling works for the drilling unit, are controlled through this unit. To analyze any mistakes or problems from the periphery as sensors are very easy to handle.

Markenhersteller LCD-Display-System / SPS Steuerungssysteme Der LCD Display Monitor zusammen mit dem -SPS- Mess- und Steuer-computer zeigt alle wesentlichen Bohr-Parameter an, diese werden auch teilweise im System abgespeichert. Die integrierte SPS-Steuerung gibt die Möglichkeit, dass alle Steuerungsfunktionen feinfühlig gefahren werden können. Eine Fehlerdiagnose mit diesem System ist ebenfalls einfach durchzuführen.

The LCD monitor along with the SPS-measurement and control computer displays all the essential drilling parameters, these can also be saved in the computer-system. The integrated SPS- control gives the possibility that all the control functions can be operated sensitively. Fault diagnosis through this system is as well easy to handle.

Einstellen und Steuern der hydraulischen Ventilen

In der Bohranlage werden typische Hydraulikventile von europäischen Herstellern verwendet. Diese Ventile werden gesteuert und justiert durch die SPS Steuerungseinheit. Mit dieser Einheit ist es möglich dass die Bohreinheit sowohl automatisch als auch manuell betrieben werden kann. Zum Beispiel automatische Masteinstellungen oder auch andere Bewegungen sind möglich, wie als weiteres Beispiel das Vorschubsys-tem.

In the rig are used the controlling- valve- system from typical European brandname manufacturers. This valves will be controlled and adjusted along with the SPS-controlling-System. Along with this system it is possi-ble to operate the machine by automatic or by manual operation. As for example the mast can adjusted automatically, other movements as au-tomatic versions are as well possible, as for example the crowd-systemand others.

In all unseren Maschinen verwenden wir den Caterpillar Antriebs-strang und viele weitere hochwertige Caterpillar Komponenten, da-durch ist abgesichert, dass weltweit die Maschinen schnell, zuverläs-sing und einfach gewartet und betreut werden können. Eine schnelle stetige Ersatzteilversorgung ist gewährleistet. Groß dimensionierte Kühler für Motor und Hydraulik gewährleisten, dass die Maschinen immer in einer optimalen Betriebstemperatur arbeiten.

Caterpillar specific powertrain-remarks

In all our machines, we are using the Caterpillar powertrain and many other high-quality Caterpillar components, this situation gives the war-ranty that worldwide the machines can easily maintained and repaired. A fast continuous, steay supply of spare parts is guaranted. The cooling system for the powertrain is oversized, which gives the security, that the machines are working in an optimal operating tempe-rature.

Die Caterpillar Steuer- und Messeinheit zeigt die wesentlichen Parame-ter des Dieselmotors und des Hydrauliksystems. In Gefahrensituationen gibt es auch entsprechende Alarmsignale um das komplette System zu schützen.
