DRUCK- UND FÜGETECHNO- LOGIEN
Technischer Siebdruck
Der Siebdruck ist ein Druckverfahren, bei
dem entsprechende siebdruckfähige Pasten
mit einem Gummirakel durch ein feinma-
schiges, je nach Anforderung strukturiertes
Siebgewebe hindurch auf das zu bedru-
ckende Substratmaterial gedruckt wird. Mit
diesem Verfahren ist es möglich, viele ver-
schiedene ebene Substratmaterialien mit
unterschiedlichsten Pastenmaterialien, wie
z.B. Edelmetallen, Widerständen, Gläsern,
funktionellen keramischen Materialien
usw., zu bedrucken.
Im IKTS findet der Siebdruck in folgenden
Gebieten Anwendung:
- Dickschicht-Hybrid-Technik
- LTCC-Technik
- Druck eigenentwickelter funktioneller
keramischer Materialien
- Hot Melt Pastendruck
- Kleber- und Dichtungsdruck

nenten für Sensoranwendungen

PRINTING AND JOINING TECH-NOLOGIES
Technical screen printing
Screen printing is a printing process
whereby corresponding screen printable
pastes are printed with a rubber squeegee
onto the respective substrate material
through a finely woven screen fabric, which
is structured depending on the various re-
quirement. With this method, it is possible
to print on various smooth substrate mate-
rials with different paste materials, such as
precious metals, resistors, glasses, func-
tional ceramic materials, and so forth.
At Fraunhofer IKTS, screen printing is used
in the following areas of application:
- Thick-film hybrid technology
- LTCC technology
- Printing of in-house developed
functional ceramic materials
- Hot melt paste printing
- Adhesive and sealing printing
Services offered
- Development of procedures for internal
metallization of complicated moldings
- Development of joining techniques for
the processing of ceramic parts to com-
plete assemblies
- Development of ceramic components
for sensor applications
- Development of functional ceramic
pastes
