Mit diesem Grundgedanken entstanden unter anderem unsere patentierten universal LED-Röhren, Hallenstrahler, Lichtbänder. Inzwischen verfügen wir nicht nur über ein sehr breites, sondern auch eines der fortschrittlichsten Produktspektren der deutschen LED-Branche. Der 2016 erfolgte Aufbau der neuen Produktion in Form einer Tochtergesellschaft Schmelter LED-Production SP z.o.o. hat unsere Möglichkeiten und das Produktspektrum entscheidend erweitert. Hier werden Produkte weiterentwickelt und Grundlagenforschung betrieben.Der hauptsächliche Geschäftbereich der Firma Schmelter LED-Technology ist die Versorgung von Industrie, öffentlicher Hand und Büros mit Beleuchtung des letzten Stands der Technik. In this place the developement of new products is done. Also there is done basic research. The main business of Schmelter LED-Technology are industrial lighting products. Schmelter serves the industrie, cities and communes, administrations and offices with state of the art lighting products.The development of LED industry is progressing further, so it is to consult our customers before buying LED and inform in front about the possibilities of using LED light.

When Schmelter LED Techology GmbH filed the patents for the jumper technology in 2008-2010, it was not foreseeable that the solution would become the worldwide standard for the exchange of fluorescent tubes in holders with magnetic ballast and starter. Today the starter replacement technology connected with an one-sided jumper and an internal control system which can process various frequencies, is the world's leading LED tube execution of direct exchange. But the minimal resources of the young company made a large effective enforcement of rights not available. Today we manufacture a proven jumper Technology tube called SUPERIS. The LED tube is the state of the art in light quality, efficiency, brightness and lifetime.

Als Firma Schmelter LED-Techology GmbH 2008-2010 die Patente für die Jumpertechnologie anmeldete, war nicht abzusehen, dass sich die Lösung weltweit zum Standard beim Austausch von Leuchtstoffröhren in Halterungen mit KVG/VVG entwickelt. FUTURIS 3.0 ist ein modulares LED-Lichtlinensystem mit einer sehr hohen Systemeffizienz von bis zu 160 Lumen/Watt. Es ist der perfekte Ersatz für konventionelle Lichtliniensysteme auf Leuchtstoffröhren-Basis. Bereits ein 35W LED-Leuchtenträger kann ein doppelflammiges Leuchtstoffröhrenmodul mit 2 Stück T8 58W Röhren ersetzen. Unterschiedliche Optiken sorgen für eine optimale Lichtverteilung und bieten dem Anwender zahlreiche Anwendungsmöglichkeiten. Engstrahlende Optiken für große Hallenhöhen oder Hochregallager, weit- und tiefstrahlende für Produktionsbereiche oder breitstrahlende Varianten für Verkaufsflächen. Im Aufbau besteht das System aus einem Tragprofil mit interner Verkabelung und einem Leuchtenträgermodul mit LED-Platine, Optik und elektronischem Vorschaltgerät. Das Lichtmodul wird in das Tragprofil geclipst und kann jederzeit in einem festen Raster versetzt werden. Anstelle von LED-Modulen kann man auch Blindabdeckungen oder Leuchtenträger mit Stromschienen für Spots einsetzen. Anwender haben die Wahl zwischen unterschiedlichen Lichtfarben und Lumenpaketen. Das System kann fast werkzeuglos in wenigen Minuten installiert werden. Ein umfangreiches Zubehörsortiment komplettiert das durchdachte System.

Durch die lange Lebensdauer von 50.000 Stunden L80 B20 fallen so gut wie keine Wartungskosten an.

FUTURIS 3.0 is a modular LED linear light system with a very high system efficiency of up to 160 lumens /watt. The light module is clipped into the support profile and can be moved at any time in a fixed grid. Instead of LED modules you can also use blind covers or track light railout modules for spots. Users have the choice between different light colors and lumen packages. The system can be installed almost without tools in a few minutes. An extensive range of accessories completes the sophisticated system.

The long life of >50,000 hours L80 B20 means virtually no maintenance costs.

Die extrem einfache Installation erlaubt den einfachen Wechsel innerhalb kürzester Zeit und bedeutet minimale Installationskosten. Versionen mit Zusatzfunktionen, wie DALI und 1-10V Dimmung, ermöglichen weitere Einsparungen. Bei dimmbaren Versionen sind nur die fixen Wattagen 35W, 55W oder 75W möglich. Die Standarteinheiten können über einen DIP Schalter am Treiber auf die gewünschte Wattage / Lichtstärke eingestellt werden.

UNIVERSALIS luminaires are continuous line modules, which fit into different basic holders, from different manufacturers.
