WELCHE QUALITÄTEN HABEN DIE PRODUKTE?

SPÜLMASCHINENWÄSCHE UND MIKROWELLE:

Generell sind alle unsere Produkte für haushaltsübliche Spül-maschinen und Mikrowellen geeignet. Bei Echtgold- und Platindekoren sowie True Colours und Glow empfehlen wir Handwäsche. Fertigung für Gastro- und Hotelbedarf auf An-frage möglich.

LEBENSMITTELEIGNUNG: Fertigung erfolgt gem. EU-Richtli-nien oder individuell spezifi ziert. Regelmäßig werden Überprü-fungen durchgeführt.

UNTERSCHIED KERAMIK, BONE CHINA, PORZELLAN:

Der Unterschied liegt in der Verwendung natürlicher Rohstoffe, in anderer Zusammensetzung und Fertigungstemperatur.

Keramik hält länger die Wärme, ein Vorteil bei farbigen Glasuren. Bone China enthält Knochenmehl, das den warmen sandigen Farbton ergibt. Porzellan ist durch seine höchste Brenntempera-tur am schlagfestesten.

WOHER KOMMEN DIE PRODUKTE?

Wir fertigen vernetzt an unseren Standorten - auch Made in Ger-many. Grundsätzlich fi nden Entwicklung und Druck in unseren Stammhäusern in Deutschland statt.

HERKUNFTSBEZEICHNUNG: Laut dem Produktsicherheitsge-setz vom Dezember 2011, sind wir verpfl ichtet, alle Artikel mit einer postzustellfähigen Herkunftsbezeichnung zu versehen. Das bedeutet, dass unser Porzellan eine Bodenmarke mit unse-rer vollständigen Adresse erhält. Sollten Sie alternative Lösun-gen wünschen, mit denen die Gesetzeskonformität ebenfalls gewährleistet ist, beraten wir Sie auf Anfrage gerne.

WIE SETZEN SICH DIE PRODUKTIONS -

KOSTEN ZUSAMMEN?

LITHO / FILMKOSTEN: Anpassung an Druckfl äche / Abwicklun-gen, Separation der Farben, Filmbelichtung je Farbe 60 x 80 cm

MUSTERKOSTEN: Für ein authentisches Ergebnis empfehlen wir eine Musteranfertigung im Originaldruck und -brand.

DRUCKVORKOSTEN: Das sind Kosten für die Siebmontage.

ECHTGOLD, PLATIN / SILBER, PURPURTÖNE: Hier geht es um teure Farben. Entsprechende Mehrkosten sind motivabhän-gig.

WHAT ARE THE FEATURES?

DISHWASHER AND MICROWAVE:

All products are microwaveable and dishwasher suitable. However, we do recommend hand washing all real gold, platinum, True colours and Glow decorated mugs. All products are microwaveable except those with real gold and platinum.

HEALTH AND SAFETY: Finished items are safe under the EU guidelines. Products can be custom made to suit specifi c guidelines.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN PORCELAIN, BONE CHINA

AND CERAMICS:

The difference lies in the use of natural materials, in different composition and fi ring temperatures. Ceramic insulates the heat, excellent for colour glazes. Bone China contains bone ash, has a beautiful light ivory colour. Porcelain has a high chip resistiance due to the highest fi reing temperature.

WHERE DO THE PRODUCTS COME FROM?

Production is spread through our companies worldwide.All products can be also Made in Germany.

DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: In compliance with the German Product Safety Act that became law in December 2011, we are obliged to provide all products with a postal designation of origin. This means that our porcelain is given a backstamp with our full address. We would be pleased to advise you, on request, should you wish an alternative solution that still complies fully with the Act.

HOW DOES THE PRODUCTION COSTS PUT

TOGETHER?

LITHO / FILM COSTS: Adaption to the template, separation of colours, fi lm exposure per colour 60 x 80 cm

SAMPLE COSTS: For an authentic result, we recommend a sample in original print and fi re.

SEPARATION COSTS: Are the set up costs for the silkscreen.

GOLD, PLATINUM / SILVER, PURPLE TONES:

These are expensive colours. The costs are dependent on motif.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Technische Hinweise

DRUCKTECHNIK: Per Hand dekoriertes eingebranntes Schie-bebild. Vorteil: Dekorationsvielfalt.

DRUCKRASTER: Mehrere Faktoren sind hier entscheidend: Siebart, Öle, Druck-Know-how. Nur die Rasterzahl ist kein aus-reichender Hinweis. Die meisten unserer hochqualitativen Ras-terdrucke können wir schon mit 54er Raster (137 lpi) umsetzen.

KERAMISCHE FARBEN: Keramische Farben weisen Unter-schiede zur Vierfarbsatz-Euroskala auf. Deshalb sind beim ge-planten Vierfarbdruck verbindliche Farbvorlagen erforderlich.

UMSETZUNG IM FARBSATZ: Das Farbspektrum ist einge-schränkter als im Paperprint-Bereich. Für technisch optimalste Ergebnisse sind häufi ger zusätzliche Farben notwendig.

SONDERFARBEN: Jede Farbe wird mit Keramik- / Porzellanfar-ben speziell angemischt, dennoch sind nicht alle HKS-, Pantone- und RAL-Farbtöne 100%ig umsetzbar.

ANALOGE DATEN: Es können Originale, Fotos, Malereien u.ä. als Vorlage verwendet werden.

DIGITALE DATEN: Datenträger MAC / WIN: CD-Rom, DVD; Da-tenübertragung via FTP oder E-Mail (nach Rücksprache)

SOFTWARE: Offene Daten in Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign

COMPUTERGRAFIKEN: Farb- und Graustufen-Bitmaps sollten ohne Komprimierung mit eingebettetem ICC-Profi l gespeichert werden. Die Bildaufl ösung bei Farb- und Graustufen-Bitmaps sollte nicht unter 300 dpi (Ausgabegröße) aufweisen. Bei Schwarz / Weiß-Bitmaps sollte die Bildaufl ösung (Ausgabegrö-ße) mindestens 1.200 dpi betragen. Die Linien- und Strichstär-ken müssen in den Motiven mindestens 0,15 mm betragen.

SCHRIFTEN / FONTS: Im Motiv verwendete Schriften sind als Dateien mitzuliefern oder in Vektorgrafi ken umzuwandeln. Die Schriftgröße sollte auch bei hohem Gesamtfarbauftrag nicht un-ter 5 Pt. liegen.

DRUCKVORLAGEN: Anfallende Kosten (Filmmaterial, Litho-grafi e, Biegen der Vorlage etc.) werden weiterberechnet. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns bei technischen Fragen!

FORMENABWICKLUNGEN: Ihr Motiv sollte proportional auf die Druckfl äche des entsprechenden Bechers angepasst sein. Unsere Formenabwicklungen können Sie bequem im Internet in den gebräuchlichen Formaten herunterladen. Gern senden wir Ihnen die Abwicklungen auch per E-Mail zu.

PRINTING TECHNIQUE: Each decal is applied by hand. Advantages: Large range of decoration.

HALF TONE: What makes our printing exceptional is our knowledge of our product. Our high quality printing is not only due to the 54 square screen (137 lpi). We know how to utilise the right colours application technique to achieve the best possible result.

CERAMIC COLOURS: Ceramic colours do show differen-ces in four-colour print (Euroskala). Therefore, we ask you to supply colour samples if using the four-colour print.

FOUR-COLOUR PROCESS: The colour range of four-co-lour process for porcelain is not as large as on paper and might require additional colours.

SPECIAL COLOURS: Each colour is mixed with ceramic / porcelain colours, meaning not all HKS, Pantone and RAL colours are always 100% realisable.

ANALOGUE FILES: Can be originals, slides, photos, pain-tings or similar.

DIGITAL FILES: Data carrier Mac / Win: CD-ROM, DVD; File transfer via FTP or E-mail (please inquire)

SOFTWARE: Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign (Editable data)

COMPUTER GRAPHICS: Colour and grey-scales bitmaps should not be compressed and have an embedded ICC profi le. The resolution of the graphic should be at least 300 dpi. FONTS: Special fonts used within the motif should be sent to us separately or transferred into a vector graphic. The font size should not be less than 5 points.
