Taps were the only products manufactured and sold when OSG began its operation in 1938. 主要產品MAIN PRODUCTS

螺絲攻為製作內螺紋（下孔內側螺紋）的工具，在汽車引擎的精密螺紋加工等等扮演重要的角色。OSG備齊從小徑到大徑，以及配合各種用途樣式的螺絲攻，從國內至世界均擁有No.1的市佔率。

TAPS

Taps are used to cut screw threads on the inside surfaces of holes, creating the “female” half (nut) of the screw. High precision is of vital importance, particularly in areas such as automo-bile engines, which require precision screws. We offer a lineup of taps with diameters ranging from small to large and with specifications suitable for a wide variety of uses. We have the top market share for taps not just in Japan but also in the world.

螺絲攻

彎柄螺帽絲攻使用於專用自動攻牙機。攻牙後的螺帽會通過彎柄，自動由後方送出。可使機械不需逆轉或停止即可連續生產螺帽的絲攻。

NUT TAPS

The bent shank tap is used with auto-matic tapping machines that eject nuts via the shank. This enables con-tinuous tapping operation without reversing or stopping the machine.

螺帽絲攻

轉造工具為製作外螺紋（螺桿螺紋）的工具。將圓棒素材放置在轉造工具左右兩側移動，轉造出螺紋。OSG根據使用目的，製造一般螺紋用、歐姆螺紋用、直齒螺紋用的轉造牙輪及牙板、以及行星式轉造工具及RF式轉造工具（搓齒板）。

ROLLING DIES

Thread rolling dies are used to copy threading onto “male” screws (bolts); the process consists of rolling a metal bar between two thread rolling dies tightly pressed to each side. OSG manufactures cylindrical and flat rolling dies for screws, worms and serrations, thread rolling planetary dies and counter-flow rolling dies, in accordance with their intended use.

轉造工具

銑刀主要使用在加工家電產品的塑膠模具、汽車零件用的壓鑄模具或沖壓模具的工具。為了因應產品的小型化、輕量化、成本削減等等時代的要求，優越的加工精度及耐久性的超硬銑刀需求高漲。OSG使用特有的鍍層技術，致力於新產品的開發。

END MILLS

End mills are used to cut and contour molds for plastic parts, for instance for electric home appliances, as well as die-casting dies for automotive parts and stamping molds. To meet today’s demanding requirements, such as smaller size, lower weight and reduced cost, we see growing demand for carbide end mills that are excellent in both processing accuracy and durability. In this area, we are currently focusing on de-veloping new products that utilize our advanced proprietary coating technique.

牙規為檢查螺紋或下孔精度的工具。OSG早期為了對應JIS規格變更，已將ISO規格牙規列入商品系列中。產品的高精度化以及必須遵守國際規格，精度檢查為相當重要的工程之一。
