For that we invented and developed the Inside Link system

using the forces generated by Antisquat as a platform

stabiliser instead of a switch on the shock. The Inside Link

PRODUKT DESIGNER & ENTWICKLER

In dem Inside Link Alu bernehmen wir die bewhrte Technologie aus dem Carbonmodell zu einem erschwinglichen Preis aus hochwertigem 7020 Aluminium.Das Fahrgefhl, der Stil und die Attraktivitt bleiben erhalten. Dank der drei Hollow Core (HCT) Anbauteile ist es sehr steif und gleichzeitig leicht. Auch aus diesem Grund waren wir in der Lage, es in dem gleichen Layout und der Struktur des Carbon-Modells zu produzieren. Da das Projekt Inside Link Schritt fr Schritt wchst hat dieses Bike schon Achsen und Lager der neuesten Generation (Heavy-Duty Bearings) ... fr mich ist es das Inside Link und das Fede-rungssystem der Zukunft.. Es war eine harte Herausforderung, dieses Bike so zu entwerfen, damit es mit den Fahreigenschaften der Carbon-Version mglichst nah kommt. Aber am Ende sind wir stolz darauf, was wir geschaffen haben.

PRODUCT DESIGNER & DEVELOPER

We transferred the Inside Link technology to an affordable 7020 aluminum frame that has the same Inside Link carbon appeal, style and ride feel. Thanks to the 3 hollow core parts the bike is stiff and light and we were able to produce it in aluminum using the same layout & structure of the Carbon model. Because a project grows up step by step this bike has some evolutions in the axle layout and dynamic parts I like to think of it as Inside Link 1,5 and a platform for the future. It was a hard challenge to design this bike so that it will be comparable to the carbon version, but in the end we are proud of what we have created.

CHANGE THE LIMIT.

THE OPIATE IST EIN VOLLGEFEDERTES ALL MOUNTAIN / ENDURO MTB, WELCHES MIT 150 MM FEDERWEG KOMMT. Die Dmpferaufnahme im Hinterbau wird als Fullfoater bezeichnet. Bei diesem System wird der Dmpfer von beiden Seiten gleichmig ber die Linkages angesprochen und ist nicht direkt am Rahmen fixiert. Dadurch ist das System sehr feinfhlig und ein Durch-schlag ist nur sehr schwer zu erreichen.

The Opiate fhrt sich am besten mit 35 % Sag, somit kann beim Downhill ein lngerer Bodenkontakt mit dem Hinterrad gewhrt werden. Durch die neuen 650b Laufrder erhht sich der gefhlte Federweg um 20 mm gegenber dem 26 Modell.

FULL FLOAT VPS SYSTEM

THE OPIATE IS A FULL-SUSPENSION ALL-MOUNTAIN / ENDURO MTB WITH 150 MM TRAVEL. The suspension system is a full floater. On this system, the damper is compressed from both ends uniformly over the linkages and is not directly fixed on one side to the frame. This makes the system very sensitive and extends product life by reducing stresses on the frame.

The Opiate works best with 35 % sag, with this the rear wheels tracks better along the ground and maintains grip and control on the descents. With the new 650b wheel size you gain a per-ceived 20 mm more suspension compared to the old 26 version.

Ein lngeres Oberrohr, dafr ein krzeres Steuerrohr und kr-zerer Vorbau um Cockpithhe optimieren. Das Handling ist exakter und damit das neue Opiate schneller und macht mehr Spa als die 26 Version. Man kann das Bike einfach und sicher ber Steine und Wurzeln hinweg rollen lassen! Die bewhrte Grundkonstruktion des Rahmens haben wir bernommen. Das Dmpfer-Volumen haben wir in den Modellen FX und FY erhht, damit ist das Federungsverhalten noch sensibler. Leichtere Gabeln und Laufrder zu-sammen mit einem steilen Sitzrohrwinkel wirken sich positiv auf die Klettereigenschaften und Geschwindigkeit aus. Durch die Remote-Dropper Sattelsttze werden Sie alle Hindernisse im Ge-lnde oder im Enduro Park bequem berwinden.

Longer top tube, shorter stem and a shorter head tube to reduce the cockpit height combine to sharpen the handling and make the new Opiate faster and more fun than the 26version. Increased ability to roll fast on the rock garden, simply point to the end of the roots & rocks section and let the bike goif the trail hasn t a turn! Same structure of the older version but high volume shock in the middle/high specs increases the suspension small bump sensitivity, lighter forks & wheels, together with a steep seat tube angle, push up the climbing attitude and the speed in the flat snake trails. Use a remote dropper seat post and the bike will follow you from challenging hard all mountain trails to enduro bike park.

MAURO SANNINONach ca 45 Jahren aktiven Fahrradrahmenbau werde ich oft gefragt, wieso ich mich auch noch heute mit der Konstruktion und dem Bau von individuellen Fahrradrahmen beschftige. Individueller Rahmenbau war und ist fr mich stets interessant, spannend und nie langweilig.

Einerseits sind die Ansprche der Fahrer sehr vielfltig. Anderseits sind Krperdaten und Fahrstil stets individuell. Erst im Dialog und Abgleich mit den Ansprchen und Daten eines Fahrers werden die Mglichkeiten und Vorteile klar erkennbar.

Es entsteht so ein absolutes Unikat, ein individuelles Produkt gem den Daten, Wnschen, Anforderungen und Fahrstil.

Es macht mir dann immer wieder aufs Neue groe Freude, wenn ich ein fertiges, perfekt abgestimmtes Fahrrad bergeben darf und seemahe, wie meine Kunden besser am Rad sitzen.

I have been actively developing and building frames for around 45 years. Over the years I have often been questioned why I keep myself busy with constructing and engineering individual bicycle frames. My answer is simple: this never gets boring, just more interesting.

The demands of riders are complex, usually they develop an awareness of what they really want when we are discussing personal measure-ments and needs.

My favourite and most fulfilling moment is when I can hand the finished bicycle over to its owner. An individual product for an individual person. I get a sense of pride seeing a customer sitting perfectly on their bike knowing that special product came from me.
