InhaltsverzeichnisSeit dem Produktionsstart in den 1970er Jahren,

angefangen beim ersten Grodrehbohrgert

BG 7, hat Bauer Tausende von Maschinen gebaut

und in die ganze Welt verkauft. Davon sind viele

heute noch im Einsatz. Ein Grund fr diese hohe

Zuverlssigkeit liegt darin, dass unsere eigenen

Ingenieure den gesamten Prozess von der

Entwicklung bis hin zu umfassenden Tests vor

der Auslieferung in der Hand haben.

Die optimale Abstimmung von Bohrgert,

Bohrwerkzeug und Boden ist ein entscheidender

Faktor fr den Erfolg von Bauer Bohrgerten.

Deshalb werden seit dem Beginn der

Gerteproduktion auch alle Bohrwerkzeuge

innerhalb der BAUER Gruppe selbst konstruiert

und gefertigt.

Von der Auswahl der Materialien bis zur

Einhaltung der Fertigungsqualitt und der

erlaubten Toleranzen werden alle Prozessschritte

laufend durch die hauseigene, zertifizierte

Qualittssicherungsabteilung kontrolliert und

dokumentiert. Viele Ideen, Forderungen und

Wnsche unserer Kunden werden hufig in

kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

bercksichtigt.

Of the thousands of machines built by Bauer

since production begun in the 1970s with the first

rotary drilling rig BG 7, many of these are still in

operation all over the world. One of the reasons

for this high level of reliability is that our own

engineers are firmly in control of the entire

process, from design and development to

production and comprehensive testing prior to

delivery.

Perfect matching of drilling rigs, drilling tools and

soil conditions is a crucial factor for the success

of Bauer drilling rigs. This is why, since the

beginning of equipment production, all drilling

tools are also designed and manufactured within

the BAUER Group.

From choice of materials to compliance with

manufacturing quality and permitted tolerances,

all individual processes are continuously

monitored and documented by the in-house

certified Quality Assurance Department. Many of

the ideas, requirements and wishes of our

customers are frequently incorporated into our

continuous improvement processes.
