DescriptionThe S1UM UP protects an accumulator fromvoltage overload. As soon as the voltageexceeds 25 VDC, the S1UM UP switches offthe voltage. If the voltage drops below avalue of 22.5 VDC, an automatic reset willoccur and the accumulator will be reloaded.

BeschreibungDas S3UM schützt ein Transportband vorÜber- und Unterspannung. Es schaltet beiÜberschreiten der maximalen Überspan-nung von 440 V AC oder Unterschreiten dermaximalen Unterspannung von 320 V ACdie Spannung ab.

Einstellungen am GerätAn den Potentiometern „%U“ die maximaleUnterspannung auf Wert 80 einstellen, diemaximale Überspannung auf Wert 110einstellen. Am Potentiometer „tr“ auf Wert3s einstellen. Damit werden kurzzeitigeSpannungsspitzen nicht berücksichtigt.Am Schalter S1 wird „Ruhestromprinzip“( ) ausgewählt.

Einstellung ohne Hilfsmittel Bremsstromregelung Stillstandserkennung

BeschreibungDer Motor wird durch Betätigen des Start-tasters gestartet. Bei Stop fällt der Haupt-schütz K30 zurück. Der Kreis wird über dieKlemmen 6 und 7 geschlossen. Der Brems-vorgang wird gestartet. Der externe Brems-schütz K29 schließt und der Bremsstromwird auf 9 A geregelt. Die Bremsüber-wachungszeit läuft bei jedem Bremsvorgangim Hintergrund ab. Ist diese zu niedrigeingestellt, kommt es zum Bremsabruch. DieBremsüberwachungszeit muß erhöhtwerden. Nach dem Bremsvorgang werdendie Kontakte 8 und 9 wieder freigegebenund die Anlage kann wieder gestartetwerden.
