The equipment was a Sigma with a TR 375 reserve and NZA 365 main. The TI packed his own rig, I know this because not long after it happened, I stopped the video at exit and saw the rig #. I went and checked the board every packer signs when packing and his name was on it. When I did the gear inspection with the FAA the main container was still closed, the release pin was routed correctly and the drogue was cocked. The whole rig was in date and in good airworthy condition. I'm quite upset that these two boys died, let's learn from this and try not to repeat the mistakes made.
